What we earn, we guarantee.
We work on a normal contract, you pay for our services as agreed. What's different is what happens if we fall short. This page explains exactly what we promise, what it covers, and how to claim it.
The promise
Our engagements are built on a simple principle: you should only pay for results you're satisfied with. That's why every engagement comes with a 6-month satisfaction guarantee.
If after 6 months we haven't delivered savings of 30 to 70% on your IT costs or if the service simply isn't the right fit for your business, we refund our fees in full. No disputes, no partial credits, no conditions.
In plain terms: you pay as the contract states. If you're not satisfied at the 6-month mark, you get every yen of our service fees back. Third-party expenses are not ours to refund, but everything we bill for our own work is fully guaranteed.What the guarantee covers

Pass-through costs are expenses incurred directly on your behalf, not fees for our work. They are billed to you at zero markup, always pre-approved, and fully itemised before anything is spent. They sit outside the guarantee not because of fine print, but because they were never ours to charge in the first place.
How to claim it
The process is straightforward and respectful of your time.
Reach out at any point before the 6-month mark. Send us an email or schedule a call, no formal process required.
Tell us what fell short. We'll listen without argument. If there's something we can fix, we'll say so honestly. If not, we move straight to the refund.
Refund issued within 14 days. Once confirmed, we process the full refund of service fees with no delays and no conditions.

Either the measurable savings target of 30-70% wasn't reached, or the service simply wasn't the right fit for your business. You don't need to prove a fault, if the engagement didn't deliver the value you expected, that's enough.
No. If it's clear early on that things aren't working, reach out at any point. The 6-month window is the maximum, not a waiting period.
Those costs are yours and are not refundable, but they were pre-approved with you before being spent and billed at zero markup. You'll never be surprised by a cost you didn't agree to upfront.
The guarantee applies to any engagement of at least one month. Shorter one-off projects are handled case by case, just ask before we start.
