Return, Refund and Cancellation Policy / 返品・返金・キャンセルについて

Before Service Delivery / サービス提供前

Full refund available if:

• You cancel at least 24 hours before scheduled service
• We are unable to provide the service as agreed

全額返金対象：

• 予定サービスの24時間前までにキャンセルした場合
• 合意どおりにサービスを提供できない場合

After Service Delivery / サービス提供後

Generally no refunds, except:

• Service was significantly different from what was agreed
• Service was not delivered at all
• Technical failure on our part prevented service delivery

Monthly Subscriptions / 月額サブスクリプション

Cancellation policy:

• Cancel anytime with 30 days notice
• Service continues until end of current billing period
• No refunds for partial months
• Data backup responsibility lies with customer before cancellation

キャンセルポリシー：

• 30日前の通知でいつでもキャンセル可能
• 現在の請求期間終了までサービス継続
• 月の途中での返金なし
• キャンセル前のデータバックアップはお客様の責任

Initial Setup Fees / 初期設定料

Non-refundable once setup work has begun セットアップ作業開始後は返金不可

Service Downtime / サービスダウンタイム

Service credits or refunds may be provided for:

• Unscheduled downtime exceeding 1% of monthly uptime (excluding maintenance)
• Credits calculated on pro-rata basis

For Personal Computer Training (特定継続的役務提供) / パソコン教室

For contracts meeting Tokusho Law criteria (>2 months AND >¥50,000): 特定商取引法の基準を満たす契約（2ヶ月超かつ5万円超）の場合：

Cooling-Off Period / クーリングオフ

• 8 days from receipt of contract document (契約書面)
• Full refund with no penalty
• Must be submitted in writing

契約書面受領日から8日間 違約金なしで全額返金 書面にて提出必須

Mid-Contract Cancellation / 中途解約

You may cancel at any time after the cooling-off period with the following fees:

• Maximum ¥15,000 or 10% of contract amount (whichever is lower)

• Plus: Maximum ¥50,000 or 20% of remaining contract amount (whichever is lower)

Subscription Auto-Renewal / サブスクリプション自動更新

• Monthly/annual subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled

Data Retention / データ保持

• Customer data on rented servers: Customer’s responsibility to backup
• We retain billing and contract information for 7 years as required by law
• Upon service termination, customer data is deleted within 30 days unless otherwise requested

Force Majeure / 不可抗力

We are not liable for service interruptions caused by:

• Natural disasters (earthquakes, typhoons, floods)
• Network infrastructure failures beyond our control
• Cyber attacks or security incidents affecting third-party providers
• Government restrictions or regulations

以下による サービス中断については責任を負いません：

• 自然災害（地震、台風、洪水）
• 当方の制御を超えるネットワークインフラの障害
• サードパーティプロバイダーに影響するサイバー攻撃またはセキュリティインシデント

For Personal Computer Training Contracts / パソコン教室契約について

This service may be subject to special consumer protection rules if:

• Contract period exceeds 2 months, AND
• Total contract amount exceeds ¥50,000

• 契約期間が2ヶ月を超える、かつ
• 契約総額が50,000円を超える

Your rights include:

• 8-day cooling-off period (full refund, no questions asked)
• Right to cancel mid-contract with limited penalty
